At Pallet Wrap Direct, we aim to provide high-quality packaging products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Products must be in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Used or opened products
• Custom or special-order items
• Damaged items caused by misuse
Return Process
To request a return, please contact our support team before sending items back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
